The message from Government is consistent and clear that we should carry on working when it is safe to do so and, on that basis,, we have decided to continue to offer seasonal treatments

Our service is low risk, we have no reason to be in near contact with any of our customers and work solely on private property, we have no other employees and it remains just the two of us providing the service, I think you all know we are husband and wife so that we work and travel together does not breach the current rules.
For the moment we can only complete treatments where we can park on your property or immediately outside (this reduces the risk of unexpected accidental contact with pedestrians ).
If your lawn is adjacent to the pavement, we may not be able to complete the depending on local activity.
We will notify you of our intended visit in the usual way by email.
We will telephone you when we arrive on site, please ensure no one else is in the garden area, if there are we will need to leave.
Please leave access open.
Please do need to approach us, please respect the 2m distancing advice.
We will complete our treatment call you to say it is done.
We will email the invoice and any comments on the lawns condition once we have completed the treatment.
We cannot accept payment by cash, for now bank transfer is our preference.
If you would prefer us not to visit at present just let us know and we will postpone the visit until the next treatment cycle.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause, and thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time.
Stay safe.
Regards
Patrick and Annie
